Position Description
Consult with clients on business and performance needs. Identify performance gaps and determine the cause in order to recommend the most appropriate learning solutions. Identify performance implications for future business goals and needs. Consult and partner with appropriate business owners to implement learning agendas. Identify and report the impacts of interventions on overall performance and organizational effectiveness. Partner with diverse teams within COF to develop and implement learning strategies to the extended enterprise.
The primary responsibilities of this position include:
Design/develop training content, curriculum, and job aids; includes creation and editing of training materials
Selection of training medium, including classroom, CBT, WBT and job aids
Consulting with business clients regarding training needs
Consulting with supervisors, managers, and subject matter experts to develop job-specific curriculum that helps associates to improve performance
Stand-up delivery of education or training programs
Measuring the effectiveness of training programs and evaluating their impact on service quality and the customer experience
Researching, gathering information, evaluating and making recommendations on external training resources
Traveling as needed (up to 25%) to other company locations for training purposes
Project Management - managing multiple projects while delivering by required deadline
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree
• 2 Years experience in Training Design, Development & Delivery
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Human Resources or Training Design
• 2 Years experience in Consulting• 2 Years experience in Project Management
• 1 Year of Web Conferencing experience
• 1 Year of experience in Adult Learning Theory
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project)
