The Legal Research Affairs Compliance (LARC) division includes Library and Knowledge Services, which oversees records and information management, library management, and desktop research to support PATH's work.
The Records Clerk (Temp) will assist PATH with archiving identified paper records for offsite storage at Iron Mountain.This part-time position will be located onsite at PATH's Seattle office in South Lake Union. It is expected that this assignment will take appropriately three months to complete, with 10-15 hours per week needed.
This is a temporary position due to begin June 17, 2024 and end October 31, 2024.
Responsibilities:
Review and index paper files
Work with Records and Information Manager to apply records retention
Pack and index Iron Mountain boxes to send offsite
Ensure that sensitive information is safeguarded and kept confidential
Other duties as assigned
In addition to the above duties, the Records Clerk may:
Search Salesforce to identify details related to agreements and awards
Organize content that will be retained in office
Create scanned documents and apply naming convention
Required Skills and Experience:
Proficiency with creating spreadsheets and documents, using Microsoft Office or related software
Excellent communication and writing skills
Must be able to lift, carry, load and unload boxes weighing up to 50 lbs
Attention to detail
The hourly range for this temporary role based in the U.S. is $20.00 - $25.00. The final salary is based on a variety of objective factors. This is a non-benefited position.
