Overview

We are seeking a talented GTM Strategy Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the outbound product strategy, including pricing, analyst relationship, unique selling position, validation of new use cases with market needs and analyst, and partners. The GTM Strategic Analyst will also be responsible for defining the GTM strategy, executing the GTM strategy, and enabling the sales team.

What you'll do

  • Outbound Product Management:

    • Develop and manage pricing strategies for products and services

    • Build and maintain relationships with industry analysts to ensure our products are well-positioned in the market

    • Define and communicate the unique selling position of our products and services

    • Validate new use cases with market needs and analysts to ensure product-market fit

    • Work with partners to ensure our products are well-integrated with their offerings

  • Definition of the GTM:

    • Segment the portfolio to identify target customer groups, geographies, and maturity levels

    • Define sales strategies for each customer group, geography, and maturity level

    • Work with the sales team to ensure they have the tools and resources needed to execute the GTM strategy

    • Use data-driven decision making and data analytics to inform GTM strategy decisions

  • Execution of the GTM strategy:

    • Identify the first three customers for each product launch

    • Work with the sales organization to launch the GTM strategy

    • Align compensation plans with the finance team to ensure they are aligned with the GTM strategy

  • Enablement:

    • Train presales, consulting, sales, and partners on the product and GTM strategy

    • Develop and deliver sales enablement content to support the sales team

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

  • 2+ years of experience in outbound product management

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams

  • Experience in training and enablement is a plus

Salary range for this role is $70,000.00 - 100,000.00

The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
