What You Need:
  • 3+ years of project or program management experience or equivalent experience

The Opportunity:

Team:
The Offer Engagement team is responsible for overseeing Offer Network programs and helping to drive key Offer Network improvement initiatives to build a foundation for successful execution at scale through:
  • Effective cross-functional collaboration
  • Appropriate resourcing and accountability
  • Ongoing progress tracking and monitoring against timelines and key deliverables
  • Identifying risks and gaps early, and addressing them with long-term, sustainable solutions
  • Continuous, data-driven improvement and refinement of approach

Role:
As an Offer Engagement Manager, you will oversee the execution of Offer Network programs across CPG sales, Program Operations, Creative Offer Configuration, Billing, and third-party companies supporting programs.

What You'll Do:
  • Cross-Functional Project Management:
    • Assess project requirements by consulting with cross-functional stakeholders and building detailed project plans including deliverables, owners, and deadlines.
    • Identify and mitigate risks, and escalate issues early along with proposed solutions to resolve.
    • Set up and facilitate cross-functional meetings to ensure stakeholder buy-in and alignment.
    • Monitor progress to ensure projects proceed according to scope, schedule, and budget.
    • Bring proactive ideas and solutions to the table; be a participant as well as a leader.
    • Build consensus and elevate the best ideas.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Streamline existing processes with an eye toward scalability.
    • Work with cross-functional stakeholders to design processes that work for each team, and coordinate execution.
  • Performance Tracking & Status Reporting:
    • Measure program performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
    • Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, and results, communicating cross-functionally and across leadership.
  • Eye on the Prize:
    • Have a "do what it takes" attitude to drive successful execution of projects and initiatives.
    • Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment, demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and creativity.
    • Understand interdependencies between technology, operations, and business needs.
