Responsibilities

Related are seeking a Seasonal Leasing Administrative Assistant to join our property management team at the centralized office, supporting multiple multifamily properties. This temporary position is perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in the real estate industry. The role focuses on ensuring efficient administrative support, managing communication, and maintaining organizational standards during our peak leasing season.

Work Schedule will be Monday - Friday, 9:00AM - 6:00PM, with availability to work Saturdays. When working Saturday, you will have Sunday and Monday off.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING AS A LEASING ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

  • Assist in managing and tracking lease applications, agreements, and renewals for the duration of the leasing season.
  • Provide administrative support including scheduling appointments, e-filing, and handling correspondence with prospective and current tenants.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of resident interactions, leasing statuses, and occupancy data in the CRM system.
  • Support communication flows between prospective residents, leasing agents, and community managers.
  • Prepare and manage leasing documents, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and filed in a timely manner.
  • Generate reports and provide data analysis to support leasing activities.
  • Address customer service inquiries via phone and email, providing prompt and accurate information to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate and schedule virtual and in-person tours for prospective residents.

Compensation:

  • $22 - 25 / hour

Qualifications

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role; experience in real estate or property management is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of prioritizing multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with CRM software preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Detail-oriented with an aptitude for problem-solving and adapting to a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
