Position:Operations Manager.
Location:2171 N. Hwy 77 Waxahachie, TX.
Job Type:Full-time.
Hours:Monday to Friday, 7:45 AM - 5:00 PM.

Experience Required:
- Pediatric dental experience preferred.
- 3-5 years of management experience.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the pediatric dental practice.
- Manage administrative staff and ensure efficient workflow.
- Coordinate scheduling of appointments and procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.
- Handle patient inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to optimize patient care delivery.
- Assist in recruiting, training, and evaluating team members.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and practice management software.
- Knowledge of pediatric dental and orthodontic procedures and terminology.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
