POSITIONSUMMARY

TheRegional Clinical Manageris responsible for providingdirect supervision and direction to the field-based Clinical/ProductSpecialists in their efforts topartnerwith sales to identify new revenue generating ideas and strategies for increased company sales,utilizingtheir clinical and product expertise to provide value to current and new Agiliti customers, and effectively assisting with new implementations to achieveAgiliti'sstrategic and financial goals for our Rental (SES/PNR) and Onsite solutions.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managesand coach a team of clinical/product specialists tofully leverage their clinical expertise to provide value to current and new Agiliti rental and Onsite customers.

  • Workswith specialists to establish priorities, territory plans and allocation of time to expand existing and implement new customers accounts.

  • Overseesthe training of specialists to ensure they have the resources required to successfully fulfill their responsibilities.

  • Ensuresspecialists arepartnering with TerritoryExecutivesand SESSolution Specialiststoassist witheffective implementations for new rentals and Onsite customers.

  • Partnerswith corporate and implementation teams to identify best practices and areas for improvement within the implementation process. Assist in the development and execution of plans to address these areas.

  • Identifiescustomer education best practices and work with corporate staff to implement nationwide.

  • Assistsspecialists in establishingproductive, professional relationships with key clinical personnel/management in assigned customer accounts, including KOL development, identification of clinical advisors, reference accounts, case studies and membership on clinical committees designed to improve patient outcomes using Agiliti products/services.

  • Communicateswith district, divisional and national sales management and marketing on sales and territory plans and status of competitive activities.

  • PerformsClinical Specialists responsibilities for a small territory in addition to management responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • BSN/Baccalaureate Degree in clinical discipline preferred.

  • Business related coursework/degree desired.

  • Minimum 2 years of prior management experience required.

  • Minimum2years of medical device product salespreferred.

  • Travel up to50%

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  • Ability to influence and articulate message at all levels within organization.

  • Knowledge of healthcare, hospital industry, medical equipment industry preferred.

  • Excellentcollaboration and team-building skills.

  • Strategic thinker - quickly assess big picture and integrate into solution set.

  • Demonstrated strong planning, organizational, andproblem-solvingskills.

  • Excellent listening, verbal, and writtencommunication,and presentation skills to include ability to influence and persuade.

  • Results and goal oriented.

  • Preferred experience with marketing, training or sales support with healthcare service or product company

  • Experience with training, leading in-services and/or orienting team members to clinical improvement and or medical products

  • Maintains high level of business knowledge and professionalism to meet changing(daily/weekly/monthly)requirements.

  • Demonstrated computer literacy with Microsoft Office applications.

  • Keeps current on healthcare trends, emerging specialty equipment, product knowledge and sales tools.

  • Maintains open and consistent communication with sales and operations leadership to ensure customer service level agreements and high customer satisfaction scores are achieved.

Pay Range for All Remote Locations:

$111,863.15-$192,362.80

This range represents the low and high ends of the Agiliti pay range for this position. This base pay range information is based on the market locations shown. The actual pay offered may vary depending on several factors including geographic location, experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and related factors.
