If so, we are looking for you to join our team as a Community Manager for Town Homes at Coyote Ridge, a 528 unit community, in Carrollton, Texas!

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Be the first point of contact with all potential residents, including their initial visit, phone calls, and follow-up communications. Provide them with a WOW experience by responding quickly and building a strong relationship.
  • Keep a pulse on market trends to identify future occupancy needs and share your ideas with leadership
  • Manage all steps within the leasing process for new residents, and making sure each document/application is accurately completed, sharing timely updates with them along the way
  • Create, own and manage the company community groups across social media channels
  • Be the voice of our clients and escalate popular client requests to internal teams.
  • Oversee our accounts payable/receivables, also ensuring security deposits and rents are collected on-time, and go through our procedures for delinquent accounts
  • Prepare our reporting and budget worksheets - including property financials on a weekly and monthly basis

COMPENSATION

  • 75,000 - 85,000 / year
  • plus annual performance based bonus


Qualifications

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Experienced Customer Service Pro - You have at least 5 years experience as an on-site Manager at a property of 400+ units. You enjoy fostering long-lasting relationships with your clients and your team by providing an excellent customer experience.
  • Certified Professional - You are a Certified Apartment Manager, Accredited Apartment Manager, or ARM (bonus points for this, but not required!)
  • Number Lover - You are familiar with reading financial performance and budget worksheets
  • Naturally Inquisitive - You are always on the lookout for better solutions
  • Strong Communicator - you clearly express your thoughts in conversation and listen actively
  • Opportunity Finder - You add value by solving for the root cause of the issue with the optimal outcome in mind
  • Extremely Reliable - You are known for being extremely reliable and accountable for your deliverables!
  • Experience with Yardi, Ariba or Hubble (or similar software program)
  • Demonstrate leadership skills and employee management of 8+ people.
