Responsibilities

MV Transportation is seeking a Drug and Alcohol Compliance Assistant who will be responsible for various components of our D&A Compliance program including (but not limited to):

  • Daily sorting and matching of incoming mail (Notification Forms, Results Certifications, BATs, etc.)
  • Monitoring daily New Hire report to identify missing tests
  • Ordering CCFs for clinics that are not on electronic CCFs
  • DOT past-employer verifications of employment
  • Audit compliance documents and issue affidavits/memorandums as required
  • Complete SAP documentation for positive/refusal candidate and employees

Qualifications

Talent Requirements:

  • Good working knowledge/experience of MS Suite including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Must be able to work self-prioritize tasks to ensure all required duties completed efficiently, correctly, and in a timely manner
