The Jr. Lease Analyst position plays an integral role supporting the Savills Lease Administration and Audit team and its clients. The Jr. Lease Analyst position reports to the Managing Director of Lease Administration or Audit.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES

  • Scans, bookmark and OCRs documents
  • Upload documents to the database platforms
  • Performs mail merges when needed and perform bulk mail projects
  • Processes certified mailings as requested
  • Performs filing on older clients (all new clients are paperless)
  • Performs file shredding on terminated clients
  • Creates all FedEx shipping labels as requested
  • Assist with ordering supplies
  • Assist with vendor management, including mail postage machine and administrative software
  • Keep track of postage used, forwarding the monthly client billback list to the designated contact
  • Various administrative special projects as requested
  • Manage department mail process, pick up, scanning, distribution and logging
  • Special projects as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Prior real estate, lease audit or lease administration experience a plus
  • Ability to analyze detailed lease agreements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
  • Logic and reasoning skills; ability to drill down, figure things out and provide solutions
  • Ability to work independently and initiate projects
  • Ability to coordinate multiple priorities and multiple team member needs
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
