.Responsibilities
  • Mentor CloudOps team members, providing feedback and promoting best practices.
  • Perform code reviews, approve pull requests, and drive best practice adoption across product teams.
  • Develop and support comprehensive CI/CD pipelines as an embedded resource within various product teams.
  • Design and implement Tyler's future ERP hosting platform using Infrastructure as Code (IAC), Configuration Management, and Event-Driven Infrastructure.
  • Create tools to enhance deployment capabilities and service monitoring across a distributed environment.
  • Collaborate across teams to architect and implement software solutions that support the DevOps and Agile transformation initiatives.
  • Engage in periodic on-call duties, ensuring system reliability and performance.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps/CloudOps roles, preferably with AWS, including system design, documentation, and team guidance.
  • Extensive software development experience, particularly with C# .NET, and scripting in BASH, Python.
  • Proficiency in Linux system administration, CI/CD environments, and cloud service management.
  • Expert knowledge in AWS services (EC2, VPC, ELB, RDS, Route53, CloudWatch, S3, etc.), IAC tools (preferably Terraform), CI/CD platforms, and Realtime Monitoring systems (e.g., DataDog).
  • Strong understanding of microservice architecture.
  • Experience with production Kubernetes environments, managing deployments and ensuring high availability.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively, solve complex problems, and lead with innovation and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

State-Specific Salary Range Disclosure Requirements

Salary will generally fall between $86,772 - $114,174 before adjustment for geographic differences. Recruiter can confirm if position is incentive eligible.
