The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $105,000-$160,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Tasks and Qualifications:

This is What You Will do in This Role:

  • Identify relevant data sources and assist in analyzing data quality and applicability.

  • Data Transformation: Clean, manipulate, and structure large datasets for analysis.

  • Visualization & Storytelling: Create compelling visualizations and presentations to convey complex findings.

  • Collaborate with department/function experts to define KPIs, visualizations and dashboards.

  • Identify and implement ways to optimize data collection, storage, and analysis efficiency.

  • Track, maintain and provide current information on the operation's business scorecard.

  • Share knowledge and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve project goals.

  • Other responsibilities as required.

What We are Looking for:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science strongly preferred.

  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt certification preferred.

  • 7+ years' experience as a data analyst, including experience leading projects in supply chain businesses.

  • Experience with data storytelling and distilling complex information into understandable ideas.

  • Experience with Design thinking and Lean thinking.

  • Statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and experience with Big Data technologies (desired).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to tailor presentations for diverse audiences.

  • Familiarity with enterprise data pipelines and warehousing.

  • Demonstrated ability to think critically about data and identify trends and anomalies.

  • Willingness to travel up to 25%
